Cabins 37, 45, & 44 sleep 5 and have an attached bathroom with a shower.
Cabin 37 & 45 each have 1 queen bed & a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Cabin 44 has 1 twin-over-full bunk bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed.
Cabin 46 sleeps 2 in a queen bed and has a toilet, sink, shower, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and Roku TV.

Please note: With the exception of Cabin 46, the cabins do not have TV's. In all cabins, there are NO PETS ALLOWED

Sitting on top of the hill overlooking the beautiful Escalante Valley with views of the Escalante River Gorge from the deck and picnic table area. There are 2 options to choose from:
A one bedroom, one bathroom home with a full kitchen, a queen bed and a queen size sofa sleeper or a studio type apartment layout with a kitchenette and an attached bathroom . The kitchen is stocked with appliances to make cooking your own meals easy. Continental breakfast items are included in your stay.
Our second option is a studio type apartment layout with a kitchenette and an attached bathroom. Enjoy a queen bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. Te kitchenette has a small refrigerator, a microwave, a sink and a Keurig coffee maker. Continental breakfast items are included in your stay.
We welcome you to our brand new, spacious 20/30/50 Amp pull-thru & back-in sites. All sites have water, sewer, electric, wifi & a TV signal. The perfect place to come stay for several days or several months to thoroughly explore the area. We are currently adding more grass and trees to compliment your stay. There is grass on each of the RV sites on the East Bank. (Sites 15-27). Sites 1-5 have grass and sites 1-14 have cottonwood trees. For our guests who prefer no wood fires by their rigs,
Sites 11-14 & 24-27 are our wood fire free area.
Our Full Hookup RV sites start at $39.00 for 2 people and 2 pets. Each additional person 8 and up is an additional $5.00, plus taxes. Please ask on arrival for Good Sams, Veterans or AAA discounts. We collect a non-refundable 20% deposit upon booking and the remainder the morning you arrive for RV & tent sites, and 6 days prior to arrival for all cabins & vacation homes.
Our tent sites are secluded amidst Pinion and Juniper trees. Each site includes a level tent site, table and seating, a fire ring with an adjustable height grill over the fire ring, and potable water close by. There is a separate bathroom facility right by most of the tent area. One side of the bathroom cabin has an ADA bathroom that includes a shower, and the other side has two regular full bathrooms (with showers). Of course, the tenters are also welcome to use the bathroom and laundry facilities in the main clubhouse, but we thought this would be more convenient for those in tents.
