PARK POLICIES
To make your stay with us enjoyable, please read and adhere to our park policy.
Our RV Park is family-friendly. Please keep alcoholic beverage consumption to a minimum and be respectful of your neighbors. Loud or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. Illegal drugs are absolutely not allowed.
Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. Cabin check-in time is after 3 PM and RV check-in time is noon. Cabin check-out time is 10 AM and RV check-out time is 11 AM. Please contact us if another arrangement needs to be made and we will do our best to accommodate. Extra charges may apply.
Speed Limit in the park is 5 MPH.
Help us keep our place nice for all our guests by picking up your trash (including cigarette butts) and keeping your site appropriately clean. We have a dumpsters and trash cans available for your convenience.
Wood & charcoal campfires are allowed in the designated fire pits only. Please don't move fire rings. Firewood may be purchased at the office. Absolutely NO collecting firewood from the property is allowed. Propane fire pits are allowed in sites where wood fires are prohibited (#11-#14, #24-#27, #53-#54).
No washing of RVs, vehicles or ATV's is allowed at ECRV. If you are interested in a car wash, there is one in the center of town.
Please keep the roads free and clear and park only in your designated space. Vehicle Repair work is not allowed without first being cleared with the front office.
We have done our best to make Escalante Cabins & RV Park a safe and enjoyable place to stay and visit. Of course, there are things that are out of our control and we expect that if you choose to stay at our RV park, you will take responsibility for your own safety and the care of your rig and property. While our Park and Escalante town have historically been a very safe community, we do not guarantee the safety of guest’s property while here at the park. Please exercise good judgement and safely secure your valuables inside locked vehicles.
You are liable for the actions of your pets, children, and guests, and are financially responsible for any damage done to park facilities.
Pet Policies:
Your furry friends are welcome here in the RV & Tent areas. To allow as many furry visitors as appropriate, please keep your pets on a leash unless within the Leash-Free Area near the flag pole. Please register each pet upon arrival and please clean up after your pet. Unregistered pets may be fined $50.00 per pet.
No aggressive, threatening or disruptive behavior from any breed of animal will be accepted. (As one guest said, "No barkers or biters, No nippers or yippers.") Any animal that is creating an unwelcoming environment in our park will be asked to leave with their owners, with no refunds available. Ultimately, it is each pet owner's responsibility to manage their pet and their pet's safety. Thank you for your understanding.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CABINS & VACATION HOUSES. A $275 cleaning fee will be assessed if pet(s) are found in the rentals. No exceptions!
Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Upon making your reservation, we collect 20% of your reservation total as NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. You may cancel up until 15 days prior to your arrival and have no other financial obligation. After the 14-day window opens, we will collect your entire amount and there are no refunds, regardless of the reason.
Travel Protection must be selected at the time of booking.
Early Departure - Please understand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Your lodging, RV or Tent site has been held for you. Because we held this site for you and no one else could reserve it, no refunds are issued for early departure unless you have Travel Protection. Then Travel Protection rules apply.
Liability Waiver
By continuing with this reservation Guest(s) acknowledges the inherent risk of staying at a rustic property. Guests hereby agree to take full responsibility for their own safety while on Park grounds and inside their accommodations. Guest(s) assume all associated risks with use of Resort including but not limited to the accommodations, facilities, amenities, or property grounds. In doing so, Guest(s) hereby waives, releases, and discharges and shall indemnify and hold harmless Jet Hospitality LLC, JET UT Holdings LLC dba Escalante Cabins & RV Park, its officers, owners, their heirs and employees from all liabilities claims, actions, damages, costs, and/or expenses which may arise out of or in any way the Guest(s) use of the Resort accommodations, facilities, amenities, or property grounds. Guest(s) understand and acknowledges that the waiver includes claims based on negligence and/or the actions or inactions of Jet Hospitality LLC and/or JET UT Holdings LLC dba Escalante Cabins & RV Park.
